This charming condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, thanks to the convenient sofa sleeper located in the living room. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham ñ€“ every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.


PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.


MONTHLY RENTALS

Great vacation

The condo was just as described. Beautiful view of the ocean. The property grounds were great, well maintained, and security was on top of things. Balcony overlooks the ocean and perfect view of the pool area. The only little flaw was the dryer in the unit. It could use an upgrade. It was hard getting towels dried. Unit right in the middle of great places to eat. I’d give this unit rental a 4.5 out of 5.

Balcony with an awesome view

My family and I came to orange beach to heal from my dads passing. First the communication was perfect with the manager. We were running late from our travels and they were very accommodating. Very easy check out process as well. The condo has all the essentials that you need. The wrap around balcony was perfect! My mom loved it as well as the rest of us. We were able to heal and relax and enjoy family time. We truly appreciated it. We definitely would come back here again !

Clean, easy, convenient

The apartment was on the fifth floor but easy to get up and down from parking lot. Beach access was terrific. Pool was clean. The place was very clean and well-kept. We had two small families there plus a brother who tagged along and there was plenty of space. Check-in was easy as was check-out. A wonderful stay.

Family Feud

My extended family is already fighting over who gets to rent this condo next year. After five trips to Orange Beach and four stays at Seaside Beach & Racquet, we finally got a condo worth booking again. Fabulous views, amazing amenities, fantastic service.

Well maintained

We have stayed at seaside beach and racquet club for the last 3 years and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in so far. The property is well maintained and well stocked in the kitchen area. Beautiful beach front views, and you walk right out of the door to the beach. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only suggestion I have is that the master bedroom needs black out curtains as the sun rises right into that window, making it difficult to sleep in if one wants (though watching the sun rise from bed is stunning!).

Great views, balcony & easy beach access!!

Layout and space were great with a wonderful balcony. Everything was clean and pictures represented the condo unit well. Four additions that would be good for the future include Blackout curtains in master bedroom and living room, t-towels for drying dishes, plastic dishes/ cups, and handles on all kitchen and bathroom cabinets..

Spring Break 2021

The check-in was good, but we arrived early and was not able to check in until 3 due to condo not ready yet. The property manager/ associate was super nice. The condo was very update and clean. The only issue I had was that it wasn’t enough bath towels (washcloths) for a condo that sleep 8. Nice view of the beach and pool. Will definitely book again !!
