“Very nice property close to town and the third time we have stayed.”

“A wonderful property particularly for groups. You can hang out on the roof and enjoy views of Mount Hood or congregate in the spacious living room with a really nice widescreen TV. The kitchen is on the main level with a master bed and bath and there are three bedrooms downstairs. We slept well, had a ton of fun and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Portland Villa.”

“The house and property were lovely! We would definitely stay there again and would love to when the weather is warmer. The view from the deck looking at the river was beautiful. Plenty close to Sunriver and Bend but far enough away for some peace and quiet!”

“The location of this rental was fantastic, walking distance to most restauraunts and the beach! The house was very clean for a place that allowed dogs, and the rental team communicated well. The only thing we did not love were the mattresses- in every room, including the pull-out couch, they were very firm, which led to some trouble sleeping for our family. Overall a good stay.”

“Great rental property for our family! We brought our ATV/dirt bike trailer to explore the nearby OHV areas, we pull it with an F150, we had plenty of space in the driveway for truck and trailer to stay connected. Easy to back in with room across the street, as well as a kind of turn around area to the north of the driveway. We used the kitchen for dinner twice and a big breakfast. The kitchen has everything you'll need. Theres even some nonstick usable pans! The coffee bar was 10/10 lots to...

“The property was clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed. Location was great! The only suggestion we have is blackout shades in the two guest rooms. The condo next door had porch lights on all night that made the guest rooms too bright for a restful sleep.”
