The property location was nice the gated community was really nice feeling of safety, the home was not the best the rugs were very dirty the linens , dishes, and utensils coffee maker were not cleaned properly upon arrival there was many broken things throughout the home . The shower curtain on the second floor bathroom was filthy also the bathroom door was not the correct size for the door frame the door wouldn’t even close . The pool was green for 2 days the hot tub didn’t work when I arrived .the screened in pool area screen was ripped someone tried to tape it up which didn’t help and allowed bugs in. The grill that was on site didn’t work . The ice maker didn’t work overall I wouldn’t rent this home again.

Dirty

Property was not clean. Dust bunnies EVERYWHERE, urine/spill stains on mattresses and sheets. Floors was not mopped (your white socks will be black after walking around on tile and carpet). Pillow cases covered up disgusting stains (throw them away). I killed two huge spiders, which is not surprising because there's dead bugs everywhere. 275.00 cleaning fee got us a place we did not feel comfortable in and we had to spend the night cleaning and washing before my son's bday party the next day. Check-in was easy with good instructions and communication. Back patio was nice and quiet.Beds are not comfortable. Needs a upgrade (springs) Nothing was made right after I complained on the day of check-in about our dissatisfaction regarding cleanliness.

Universal Trip

We stayed here in December for our family vacation when we first arrived the garbage can was full from the previous guest and smelled like weed.As we are taking all of our stuff upstairs there was a nail in one of the steps that was sticking up and there was not enough parking for the three cars that we had. One of our cars we had to drive around and find a different parking spot that they could use for their car because if you parked on the side or block the sidewalk there was a patrol that would come and tow your car at your expense. The pool was not heated, and the hot tub barely had any hotness to it.

Misleading Room Photos

Overall the stay itself was nice and accommodating. Great location. Neighborhood was nice. The room photos for the rooms with the double beds were misleading. The double beds were not raised and were practically on the floor. This was not accommodating to a house full of adults for an adults only trip. We made do, but the low beds should have been in the description.

All it needs are new mattresses and more forks

The home was clean aside from stained carpets in the stairwell and some dishes needed washing before use & there is oddly not enough forks. 9 total for a house that sleeps 14! Also, although they made a point to say 2 Kcups would be provided, they were not and there was no keurig, just a regular coffee maker. Not a big deal except we ordered Kcups in our grocery order based on this. The pool and hot tub were fabulous once we got the heater going since we had some unseasonably cooler weather. The resort staff was great about checking on the pool and prompt delivery of our propane grill as well. However, the mattresses were of the poorest quality I have ever encountered. I am a very petite woman who can usually sleep anywhere but I felt every spring and even tried out different beds throughout our stay. By the end of the week I was exhausted from poor sleep and my back was in pain.We did enjoy the resort though, it has 1 slide that was just the right size for my kids but strong enough that my 6’5” husband could stay with my son on the stairs and then use it as well. The food was good at the cafe, nothing fancy but made life easier. The gym is tiny with just a few machines but we enjoyed the pickle ball courts. You just give them your ID while you use the equipment. Be warned: the picture in this listing of a room with exercise balls, foam rollers and kettle balls does not exist! It’s not at the house or the resort. I asked. That photo should be removed from the listing.
