Very clean and good location. But needs more fans and ceiling fans. They have restrictions on AC. 72 degrees is lowest you can set temp. And Toilets need maintenance. Needs more outdoor seating

Spring Break 2025

Property is well located if your going to the theme parks. Family enjoyed the community pool/lazy river/splash pad. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well enough equipped, would have preferred a pod type coffee maker and some pans could use replacing, scratched Teflon is not ideal. I would also suggest some plastic bowl, plates, cup for the very young kids. The private pool was nice, but could also be better equipped, no lounge chairs or table and chairs to eat at. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the unit is as described.

Rentals for performers

Thai unit houses out of town artists I had come in for a performance at Disney . They loved the place and said it was so much better then stay at a hotel and would love to stay there again

Great location, nearby amenities, would stay again

The property was very much like the description. The location in Kissimmee was perfect for us and the bedrooms were very spacious. The plunge pool was perfect to cool off on the hot days, and the community area was a nice treat. It is about 10 minutes to walk there from the house, which is on the outer area of the whole community. Sunshine on the backyard almost all day and plenty of parking for the two vehicles we had. There was an issue with the master bed which should have been fixed before the next guests arrived but it was fine for us during the week we were there. Would definitely consider this complex, unit and area again. Rental company (WonderHomes) kept in touch the whole duration of our stay.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

This property was a big disappointment. This property supposed to come with free access to that beautiful clubhouse resort. Which obviously reflects the cost of this house. We went down with our children choosing this property because of the resort with the swimming pools and slides. We enjoyed it for the first week.The next week when we show up the lady at the clubhouse tells us we are no longer allowed to come inside and we need to contact the homeowner. They told us they would have this fixed ASAP and they NEVER. This was a huge embarrassment along with disappointment for our kids as well as ourselves. We were no longer allowed to use the resort for the rest of our trip which was another week long.

We stayed here for our daughter's National Volleyball Tournament and the location was amazing. I would definitely pick this community again for future stays.

Good Value!

Pictures are accurate and clean minor issues

The place was very nice and spacious. We only had minor issues that were reported the 1st couple of days. Wall chipping and dirt stains (need fresh coat of paint), walk in smell, old shower lining curtain upstairs, and not able to use the pool 3 out of 15 days (broken filter). On positive note the company was great at responding and trying to fix the problems. They were polite and helpful.

Nice resort, but the house needs upgrading

The property was in a great location and the Storey Lake resort was great. This is not my first time renting in this resort. The house needs some upgrading. The dinning room chairs are terrible! We could barely eat at the table in fear of falling through the chairs. In addition, the cookware was old and peeling, and the living room footstool/bench seat was caved in. There are some upgrades needed when in comes to the carpet/rugs, etc. Also, I thought that the pool should be cleaned more often. Only about half of the electrical outlets work, and the air conditioning unit did not cool down the house that well. Overall, it was nice but the owner needs to invest some money into the unit for a refresh.

Could have been fabulous

We arrive and everything was great. I inquired prior to arrival that I would have access to Spectrum internet. There was no modem for me to connect to for work. I inquired. They told me it was behind the tv.... it wasn’t. My daughters bed was infested with fire ants and she had sever bites all throughout her belly, chest, back and groin area. I messaged, called, continues to call 2 weeks later. No one responds. Im left on hold indefinately. Also the front door lock worked only sporadically So we were leaving without locking up several times. I’ve been in hospitality most of my adult life and have never experienced such awful customer service before. The unit was great and had the management company handled the situation with respect I would have no issue, but they did the opposite. In no way do I feel the owners are responsible ... it was the management company. Things happen. But I lost a weeks work & the trip was ruined due to my daughter being unable to swim due to the bites.
