Not What I expected
The only communication I had was by email. I had problems with both TVs. After about the 6th email response I just gave up.
We had no washcloths and no hand towels. There were only two liquid soap dispensors. None in the main bathroom or kitchen. Nothing for washing dishes either by hand or dishwasher.
Coffee pot didn't work properly. The light switches in bathrooms didn't work properly. Microwave handle came off and the tub in the main bathroom's stopper was broken. Stains on the carpet and the walls were very marked up. Annoying beeping sound from the alarm system. Couldn't figure out how to stop that. On the back screened in porch there was a large green spot of algae. And to top it all off when we brought out the snacks at the table sugar ants came out and were all over the kitchen. Hard to see because they were so tiny and black. Freaked my granddaughter out. Would also have someone check the chairs to the dining room table. I believe if anybody heavy sat in them they may break. back of the chairs didn't seem to sturdy.
We were very disappointed. I've used VRBO for several years now and after this last stay I'm not so sure I will use it again. Thanks, Cathy
