If you’re familiar with Storey Lake you know how far you can be from the club house! Most homes you have to pack your car, drive to the clubhouse and fight for parking. You also know that rear space and privacy is rare as well, most homes back straight up to others. Our unit offers you the best of both worlds !! Professionally Furnished, 6 beautiful Bedrooms, no rear neighbors, pool and spa directly on the water front and you are 10 homes and a short walk away from the incredible club house and all its amenities!! There are very very few gems that have both location and waterfront ! (see the photos!)

The host was very responsive. We had 2 families stay in this home and there was plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were great for the evenings or when we didn’t want to use the clubhouse. The 2 living spaces were very comfortable and were nice to have with such a large group.

Would be nice it hot tub was always hot, but OK once we realized how it worked.Hot water for showers runs out quickly, Having 5 baths is great but not if everyone can’t get ready at the same time. A second refrigerator would be a nice addition.Overall, one of the nicest properties we have rented, clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Location was fantastic roughly a 12 minute ride to most Disney parking lots. The house is significantly larger than it appears in photos and felt like a mansion for our party of 7. Pool area and hot tub were great as was the short walk to the clubhouse where the other pools and splash pads are. The one thing we struggled with was very slow and patchy internet, otherwise 10/10.

Pool Pic is deceiving..

This house is great except that the pool Pic, which was a decision factor, was deceiving. The pool on this property is no where near this big or beautiful. There was a ton on algae on the pool floor. It needed to be vacuumed. I was thankful maintenance was able to fix the AC in a timely manner. I was thankful

Volleyball &Family vacay

This property was perfect for our needs. We were there with 3 grandchildren who played in the Volleyball nationals at the convention center. Easy to get there, disney & the airport. Also 2 younger grands who enjoyed disney & the canal. Loved fishing & feeding the ducklings. The house was comfortable for all except master bed mattress needs replaced.

Kings Castle

Large home with plenty of bedrooms. Happy with cleanliness. Kitchen could have used Corning Ware containers with lids for microwave. The lake area was very littered😞 The club house, lazy river and pool was overly crowded and drink prices were very expensive and long lines. Our private pool was warm and clean. Bianca was very helpful!

Pictures can be misleading

Carpet is way old. Couch in the living room had a mysteriously ugly brown slipcover over it. Pool and hot tub were too cold for use until we spotted a maintenance man at a nearby home and asked him to adjust for us. Not enough hot water to take a good bath in the master tub. Water in general doesn’t get hot. Beds terribly uncomfortable and old. Carpet needed replacement ten years ago. More than half of the lightbulbs in the house were out. Coffee pot, no keurig. Everything just seemed dated old and uncomfortable. Swimming pool complex is nice for kids and a short walk away.

Family trip

Overall a good place. Pros- house layout was fantastic as you can’t beat the 6 bedrooms with one downstairs that my elderly parents used so they didn’t have to climb stairs. The community pool, lazy River, and slides and workout area were enjoyed by all of us. And it’s a nice short walk. Neighborhood is great for running or walking around and close to everything. Cons- For a house holding 12 people there is no where to sit!! The table only holds 6 and there are only 2 barstools (could easily hold 4). The odd low couch in the living room can only seat about 4 people and it’s very uncomfortable. There is another tv area upstairs where our kids hung out but that is still just one couch. They need a bigger table and more seating. There is also no grill which was a major drawback. You can rent one but it costs $75. The pool is also quite small - a wide angle lens was definitely used for the picture. It’s nice for a dip and the hot tub is good but smaller than expected. We had an issue with towels- bath towels were in short supply and if we had been using all of the bedrooms we wouldn’t have had enough. They also only supplied 1 kitchen towel and we had to ask for more during our stay. Master bed upstairs was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. I had asked the property manager for restaurant recommendations before we went and she said she wasn’t familiar with the area. Not sure how you can have a manager that doesn’t know the area so they can help your guests?

Plenty of Space.

The property was just as described. We did have no water for a part of one day, but they were able to get it fixed that night. We had to call a couple of times because the ball seemed to have been dropped. All in all it had great square footage making it great for larger groups! However there were a couple of minor issues. Hot water tank was off, Water issue, light in one of the rooms did not work. For the size of the home and the amount of people it could hold they could add more kitchenware, utensils and linens to help accommodate for larger groups. Could use touch up paint and carpet replacement on stairs. REMINDER: This property provides you with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 hand soap per bathroom. They do not provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent.You have to replenish on your own dime. I was aware, as I read the reviews and property details in important notes. I see many complaints that renters are upset that they have to supply those things themselves and how it is difficult when flying in. I get it, I understand both sides. My suggestion would be to the management company to offer renters the option to buy more supplies through them. Or renters order food and supplies online, before your arrival and have the stuff delivered directly to the home. Personally I have ordered online and had the stuff delivered when I flew in. Made more time for me to enjoy my trip and less time at the store.

Weeklong Stay in Orlando

We had a good experience at the property. The home was in good shape apart from the living room couch having a sheet like cover over it, assume due to damage. The soap provided was about as small and cheap as can be found on the market. Not a big deal but sends the wrong message and could be improved by spending an extra $1 per room. The hot tub and pool were clean and in good shape. The hot tub took a long time to heat up but this could have been to user error. Kitchen and bedrooms were all in good shape. A couple of the mattresses could use replaced sometime soon. Instructions for the TVs and pool equipment would be nice to have in the house.
