“Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the rest of our experience was good. However, the housekeeping service could have been better. We were told that the room would be serviced within three days, but unfortunately, no one came by. We weren’t even asking for a full cleaning—just a few basic items to be replenished, including coffee. We also contacted the front desk to ask for assistance, but unfortunately, our request was not followed up on and the coffee was never replaced. We understand that...

“Was a great spot to spend a night before heading to The Gorge for a music festival. Restaurant for breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed drinks at the bar with other Dave Matthews Band fans. Loved the location for walking around, exploring Riverfront Park.”

“Really friendly and helpful staff, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Quiet, too. Great beds, pillows, mattress, and comforters. I did not have breakfast, but the coffee was perfect downstairs whenever I had some. I ordered Lyft and it arrived promptly. Definitely a good place to spend the night when in that area.”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”
