Great location - coffee and scones across the street, MTA 6 min walk, a number of great bakeries and cafes within walking distance. Great amenities - plenty of fridge space for late night pizza debates, hot water in the bathroom, filtered water in the fridge, great bed. Near enough to nightlife, but not so close to be disruptive. “The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a basement unit with a small kitchen, but a spacious living and dining area. The queen-size bed was comfortable, there was good closet space, and having two bathrooms with great showers was a big plus. We felt safe, and the location was ideal—very close to Greenpoint, where we were visiting family daily, which made it perfect for our stay.
