-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Backyard is unfinished (dirt lot) but there is a grill and outdoor dining area for you to enjoy
