We had 3 families stay here for 4 nights over spring break and we can't wait to go back! We have multiple children, ages 7 months - 6 years old, and the location was perfect. The house is located on a quiet side street, so the kids could ride their bikes up and down the street and play out front, which they did most of the time we weren't at the beach. The beach access is a bit of a longer walk with kids, so we would load everyone and everything up in a car, drop off at the access, then the driver would take the car back and use one of the bikes (included in the rental) to get back to the beach and lock the bike on the bike rack. It was super easy and quick! The neighborhood is just outside Rosemary, close enough to walk to but not close enough to be among all the crowds! The neighborhood was quiet and fairly uncrowded, which was fantastic. The house was also precious. The 2 king rooms were a great size, big enough for a pack and play with ample room for bags, etc. The queen room was much tighter and shared the bathroom with the kids bunk room, which wasn't ideal for the couple that stayed in there, but we made it work! The living and kitchen space was a bit tight with 13 people, but we spent most of our time outside, so no complaints on that! Make sure you bring coffee filters, salt and pepper, and cooking basics, as we had an early morning run to grab those at the gas station. The pool was across the street and has a childproof gate, which was a huge plus!
