âJag har bott mĂ„nga gĂ„nger pĂ„ detta hotell och aldrig blivit besviken. Det finns saker man skulle vilja ha som tillgĂ„ng till Netflix, mm pĂ„ TVn och lĂ€tt Ă„tkomligt HDMI men det finns inge att klaga pĂ„ och restaurangen Ă€r utomordentlig liksom frukost och service. Jag bokar helst La Ville nĂ€r jag Ă€r i Norr om Milano.â
âA nice place located in the center of Monza.
Clean rooms, close to everything in town, walking distance to the race track (not close, but absolutely doable) and very friendly and helpful pepole.â
âTravelling by car from northen europe to the french riviera, we used this hotel as quick stop over, the hotel was nice, quiet and modern room, good breakfast, howevere this hotels location is on the "wrong" side of Milano if you are travelling to the riviera, this ending up us beingt stuck in traffic jam just to get to and from the hotel.â

âThe hotel as such is great; rooms, breakfast and bar but what really makes it a top hotel is its personell and I especially would like to mention Stefano who always deliver the best service with a smile and humor. â

"We arrived late at night after a long flight and car trip with two children, only to find no key left for self check-in, and no emergency contact. We were locked out, standing outside the hotel with no help.
The next day, staff simply said âsorryâ and blamed us for arriving after 10 PMâeven calling it âniceâ that they sent self check-in instructions (which didnât work!). No compensation, no responsibility. Completely unacceptable."
