Property Details:
This 25-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, mini refrigerator, stove, press coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. This property does not have a clothes washer, but there is a laundromat close-by. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom is interior courtyard and building facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress and a single sofa bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guestsâ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of âŹ800 must be paid via a payment link before arrival.

- Pets NOT allowed.
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 3 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Le Marais is regarded as one of the best Parisian neighbourhoods, home to the historic Hotel de Ville de Paris and the famous BHV department store, a staple shopping center for Parisians. The magnificent Place des Vosges is easily reachable by foot and is worth visiting. A favourite green space of Parisians, on a sunny Parisian day, youâll find this square full of people having a picnic and children playing in its many fountains. The historic arcades surrounding the square house fine art galleries, chic restaurants, stree musicians and the former home of French writer Victor Hugo, the man behind works such as Les Miserables et Notre Dame de Paris. Marais is full of restaurants, boulangeries and shopping opportunities. Take a tour along the Quai de lâArsenal to see some of the famous Parisian âpĂ©nichesâ, or houseboats. You can also take a cruise on the Canal Saint Martin. Stoll past the Bastille and towards the River Seine to reach the Ile Saint Louis, home of Berthillon ice cream, or the Ile de la Cite, home to the Notre Dame Cathedral. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of âŹ50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for âŹ50. Both can be provide for âŹ70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a âŹ50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a âŹ90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - âŹ120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
