## Logement
The studio is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or business stay. It has: Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Hair dryer. The television shown in the advertisement is not functional.
The studio is equipped with two single bunk beds. One of the beds is on a low mezzanine with a low ceiling, accessed via a steep staircase (see photos). This sleeping arrangement is therefore not recommended for people with mobility issues.
You will be 15 minutes from the Kellermann Park, 30 minutes from the François Mitterand Library, the Jardin des Plantes and the catacombs of Paris!
All the shops you will need are easily accessible and public transport is close by.
A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each trip.

## Emplacement
Ivry-sur-Seine is a commune south of Paris. Bordering the capital, the town is part of the Greater Paris Metropolis. The city offers the advantage of being on the banks of the Seine. You will be able to go for very pleasant walks along this famous river, and do some motivating jogging!
