Denna fullt utrustade studio ligger ett kvarter frÄn le marais vid den heliga sebastien froissard tunnelbanestationen, linje 8. Den ligger pÄ baksidan pÄ den andra nivÄn (tredje amerikan) i en modern byggnad med tvÄ hissar och har utsikt över en trÀdgÄrd. omrÄdet Àr mycket sÀkert bostadsomrÄde, Det Àr 28 kvadratmeter eller cirka 280 kvadratmeter.

Studion bestÄr av ett huvudrum med en bekvÀm queen size-sÀng i full storlek (160 * 200 cm eller 64 * 80 tum), ett badrum med dusch, toaletter och handfat och ett fullt utrustat kök. det finns gott om garderober och ett bord för tvÄ. Studion vetter mot en trÀdgÄrd och erbjuder full tystnad (du kan sova med fönstret öppet),
LÀgenheten levereras med gratis telefon till 100 lÀnder inklusive Nordamerika och Australien, gratis Wi-Fi, gratis kabel-TV.

Comfortable efficiency a little over a mile from Notre Dame. Because it did not have air conditioning we had to sleep with the window open and sometimes nearby smokers made the smell of cigarette smoke strong.

Great location and very comfortable!

This property was exactly what we needed for our week in Paris. Listing description is accurate. Perfect size for 2 people and very close to metro. We cooked in the kitchen, made coffee, did laundry, and slept very well with the room darkening blinds and comfortable mattress. Very quiet space. Many cafes close by and a grocery store in the building made it very convenient to grab supplies.

Apartment in 11th Arr.

This apartment was exactly what I needed to enjoy Paris as a solo traveler. It is close to the Marais area and two metro lines, making it easy to connect to anywhere in Paris. Olivier was a fantastic host with excellent communication. The apartment matched the description perfectly and being close to the Carrefour market was quite helpful.

Perfect location.

The apartment is small but well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the shower hot. We appreciated the electric heater when central heating didn’t quite do the trick. I would recommend the apartment.

4 night stay in Paris walkable to attractions and many good restaurants

Check in with Oliver was smooth and he provided some great tips on local bars and restaurants. This studio apartment was clean and a good size for a short stay with 2 people. The grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants are steps away. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet at night. Loved the black out blinds were great for sleeping

Great Stay for our week exploring Paris

This is a great European sized studio apartment and perfect accommodations/ location for my husband and I to explore Paris. Oliver met us at the apartment to give us keys and a rundown on the apartment which was helpful. The room has a comfortable queen bed (plenty of linens & towels), a small cute table with 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, ottoman, large tv, storage cart and large sliding glass window with electrical light blocking shades & a large wall length mirrored closet. The entry way into the apartment is a galley styled kitchen, equipped with a full size apt. refrigerator, microwave, a Mr Coffee style coffee maker, microwave oven, 2 burner stove, sink and nicely stocked cabinets. We did not cook in but everything is there if we wanted to, even some staples. The nice size bathroom is just to the left of the entryway with good shower. The washer dryer unit was located in the bathroom. The elevator was a big plus after a long day. Grocery store is just around the corner and great for anything you need. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within 1-6 blocks PLUS at least 4 Metro stations are within half mile so getting around Paris is a breeze once you learn how to use the system. For the money, is a great find!

Inaccurate discription

Inaccurate discription and very small. The water was turned off all day on our second day stay. We were refunded but it was a huge inconvenience. We had ti buy extra water just to flush the toilet that we were not refunded for. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The place didnt match the photes on line.

A really well appointed apartment and great location

The apartment was better than described. Right from the first meeting with the agent who showed me how to operate everything. Very well equipped. The location was ideal I walked every day and was able to fix meals with ease when I wanted in the apartment. Overall this is an ideal rental, one I want to rent again.

4 nights in Paris

The host was very communicative throughout the booking process as well as during the stay. The property was quaint with all the necessities. The location was perfect with easy access to the Metro. Access to the Market for water and snacks was a plus too.

Fantastic location, simple lodging

If you want a super location - close to bus and subway, local cafes, walking distance to squares and several museums, enjoyment of city buzz without tremendous traffic - consider this VRBO. It is not a fancy lodging, with a two-burner electric stove top and a tabletop microwave/convection oven for cooking, a small sink for dishwashing, but there are some positives. The washer/dryer works great, though we needed instruction more than once on how to use it, the shower is small but nice, the bed is very comfortable, the privacy shutters block out almost all light, and the closet is large. We did not use the TV - we’re in Paris
. why watch TV?? The VRBO owner/manager is very responsive, meeting us earlier than scheduled for check in. BTW, the French people, young and old, are very willing to help with directions, fun to talk with even though we do not speak French (many speak English), and their food and wine are excellent.

Well-appointed, quiet and perfectly located. Very much enjoyed this apartment. Had everything we needed and was within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, metro stops and a grocery store. Communication with owner was also great. Will book again next time we're in Paris.

Enjoyed our stay

The place met our needs. It was clean, close to the metro, restaurants, and a market. We cooked our breakfast. And ate other meals throughout Paris. The bed was comfortable and with the shutters the room was dark. We had to set our alarms to keep us from sleeping in. We were there in April so the room temperature was fine. We slept with the shutters closed and the windows open and had really nice sleeps. Le Marais is a vibrant fun neighbourhood.
