Cozy studio above the roofs of Paris, on the sixth floor with elevator, the bed is on the mezzanine, comfy and centrally located with subway right in front, at Boulevard Saint Denis in a beautiful Parisian building.
This studio is perfect for one person or two, located near many touristic attractions 10 minutes walking from Le Marais, République, Pompidou, Châtelet, Siena river, Louvre Museum, Gallery Lafayette, Opera Garnier, Gare du Nord and de l’Est and many others also at the same street as many bars and theaters. The Eiffel tower is 7km from here, the building is very calm please avoid making big noises after 22pm until 8am.
NOTE THAT IS A SMALL STUDIO AND ACCOMMODATES ONE OR TWO GUESTS. clean, super comfy and with all the amenities you need and i guarantee you the location is very privileged.

Nice Couples Stay
We had a great time at Fabio’s place it is a little far out of the way of some of the major monuments but if you’re looking to go around the night life or be among the locals this is a great spot. It’s also not so far that you can’t see the monuments with a quick uber or metro. The place is also next to the metro station, which was very nice! Fabio was awesome and did a great job communicating throughout our stay!! We will definitely return!

I generally don’t leave reviews, but, I would be doing others who book via Expedia a disservice if I dont share a candid review of my stay. Fabio is a nice person, very respectful and very reasonable in his demeanor and prompt with responses. He seems like he’s trying his best and I can’t tell if this is his property, but, he does a good job of a host. Barring this, almost everything about this property is awful. Outdated and poorly maintained and setup interiors, almost everything is sub standard. The place has a weird smell I can’t tell what it is. The bed sheets and covers do mot seem hygienic and the street noise, despite it being on the top floor keeps you up all night. Everything about this place is below any acceptable standard and for the price per night, you can find better hotels almost anywhere in Paris. It’s ridiculous that other have left a “an exceptional” or 5 star rating. I can only conclude that these people have very low standards and accept anything “that seems hip” even if it’s downright dirty and poorly designed and maintained. If this place is available for less than $100 and you need something right outside a metro station, go for it, otherwise, you’d be wise to skip it. I wish Fabio well, but, charging 3 star hotel rates for a poorly maintained college dorm is unethical to say the least.

Met the host and he was very nice and showed us the cute little apartment. The apartment is in a great location and was very cozy and perfect for a holiday alone or as a couple.

Fabio is an amazing host. We arrived very late at night and he was there to meet us and get us settled. The place was very cute and served us well. The view was lovely and the metro being right out front made exploring the city very convenient. I expected the metro line to disturb my sleep, but it didn’t. I did need to sleep with the window open since there was no a/c, so it did get noisy at night as we stayed over a weekend, but overall, we loved it! Thanks Fabio!!!

So convenient!
This place was just what we needed for exploring our place! The subway is right out the front door. Grocery store and laundromat right around the corner. Also tons of gluten-free restaurants in this neighborhood in walking distance. We loved staying here!

Micro apartment!
This place exactly as listed! Great neighbourhood, for food, bars, metro, and easy walkability. The unit itself is very small, but we were aware of this before our stay. Fabio was extremely response. We stayed in Paris during a heat wave and he brought us an extra fan as it was quite hot in the loft.

Fabio et très accueillent ! L'emplacement de l'appartement était au top ligne de metro 8 et 9 juste devant la porte que demander de plus ? J'y suis resté 2 nuits après le bruit mes ses la vies parisienne a vos pieds donc je n'était pas surprise du tout surtout au 14 juillet falais pas rêver 😂. Juste domage qu'il n'y avais pas de dosette pour la machine. Et c'est un 18m² donc vous attendez pas à un 200m². Si un jour je retourne a paris je le reprendrais avec plaisir !
