Located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a building constructed in July 2023, it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Another studio, called "Ellington", with the same configuration, is available in the same building. It is possible to rent both studios at the same time, subject to availability.
