    Located on the first floor of a quiet building, discover this fully equipped apartment of 81m2, which can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its three bedrooms with double beds and a large double sofa bed in the living room.

    This cocoon is located 7 minutes by bus from the RER A station of Bussy-Saint-Georges (or 15 minutes on foot). Once at the station you will be two stops from Disneyland, a few minutes.


    The apartment consists of:

Le logement est propre, spacieux et bien équipé Toutefois il est indiqué que les serviettes sont fournies mais ce n’est pas le cas Pas de remise de clés ou d’état des lieux en physique, les instructions sont fournies à la dernière minute, ce qui n’aide pas à s’organiser

Globalement ok

Globalement, le séjour s'est bien déroulé, mais nous avons quand même quelques points à soulever. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ autonome. Le logement est spacieux, la terrasse est réellement un plus c'est agréable, surtout pour une famille. Gestionnaire du logement réactif, nous avons pu le joindre à chaque fois. Café à disposition, mais attention il n'y a pas de bouteille d'eau ; il faut se rendre proche des commodités au centre ville (environ 15mn à pieds). Le ménage était moyennement fait : traces de mouches/moustiques écrasées sur les murs, poils présent et quelques minimes autres traces qui nous laisse entendre que le ménage a été bâclé. Nous avons également aussi été très gêné par quelques manque de fonctionnalité : pas de serviettes, pas de savons, pas d'endroit où accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain etc, rien de grave car appartement équipé, mais c'est dommage car c'est un bel appartement, mais nous avons le sentiment qu'il a été mis à disposition brut sans penser à quelques plus qui pourrait rendre le séjour confortable. Les instructions d'arrivées n'avaient toujours pas été envoyées également 2h avant l'arrivée : nous avons du contacter nous même le gestionnaire.

With a few fixing could be a very nice stay

Overall the apartment was okay. We had some negative surprises, such asOne of the bed mattresses was very uncomfortable.The front door lock did not work, and it took many calls to reach someone to help access at checkin.Although the listing advertised that a dryer, towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, they were actually not. So after 24 hours of travel, and delayed entry, we had to figure out where to go buy necessities.It was also very hot at night, and no fans were available. Opening the windows to bedrooms was concerning, because they open directly to the street, with no barricade. So anyone can easily reach in to rob you, or even jump in through the window. And for people who are new to an area this is very scary. So, in a record breaking heat wave, we couldn't open the windows to cool off the air at night to sleep.Wifi instructions had to be asked for, not provided at checkin. Also did not provide access or instructions for us to take the trash to the building's dumpster. So it just piled up in the house for our 1 week stay. Otherwise, if the host fixes these few missing items, fixes the door lock, and you are not visiting in the summer, it could be a nice place. Having the patio was very nice, the apartment layout is very nice for families and kids. The kitchen is well supplied. Coffee maker instructions would have been helpful, but after a few days we figured it out. All rooms were as expected from the pictures.
