“It was nice and quiet. But the lady at the front was rude. She left me wanting for a while and it was almost 4am n I was so sleepy and saw me there and just left me there waiting till she feel like it.”

“Good location near the higway and very easy to park your car just outside the hotel. SMU is nearby and it´s easy to take the car downtown, for example to American Airlines Center. Clean hotel, both in the room, the fitness center and outside by the pool. A bit of noise due to the traffic on the highway, but the location outweights that. ”

“We had booked a suite but as we arrived water line busted and we were put in a less desirable room. It was nice but not what we booked.”

“The manager was nice, but the lady with the dark hair that works a second shift is rude to the people that check in. I walked in my room. There’s only one set of towels mind you it’s a one bedroom, queen size suite. The door lock is broken, so there’s no safety lock that locks, you only have the one above the door knob that you can lock on the inside because the top one is broken ”

“The hotel is aging. The price was right on hotels.com. Parking was not great. Room was nice and clean. ”
