“We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome”

“We spent one week in this lovely house together with another family. The house has a fantastic panorama view over the lake, a large pool and a cozy garden with olive and lime trees. The house is clean with big bedrooms, comfortable beds and many bathrooms. Thomaso gave us a warm welcome and where available for questions. Die Villa hält was sie verspricht, wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt. Ich würde gern was kritisches Schreiben, aber es gibt nichts zu kritisieren-für uns war es rund um perfekt. Prima Lage um Rom zu besuchen, einen nahegelegenen See zu besuchen, oder an den Strand zu gelangen. Lebensmittelversorgung ist gut und viele kleine Gaststätten zu guten...

“Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil.”

Vi fick tips om en jättemysig lokal restaurang där vi firade min mans 50-års Dag, med jättegod middag! Vittorio svarade alltid snabbt och hjälpsamt på alla frågor! Perfekt hus att njuta med familjen i lugn och ro, men ändå nära till Rom! Kan varmt rekommendera att hyra här!!”

“We had a short stay with a large family group. The house was an old, fascinating building-but clean and functional.. Definitely good for groups who need some space to spread out. We enjoyed the garden terraces and the hot tub in the lovely spring weather. The location is close to the sights of downtown Roma, but removed enough to provide a peaceful respite after sightseeing.”

She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families. It is very spacious with a super well equipped kitchen(s),2 fridges and large tables for family dinners. It is a short car journey to the village where you can get everything you need including food market on Thursday...
