“Hired the chateau with 30 friends who have not seen each other in a long time. This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at; I honestly never thought I'd stay somewhere as grand. The communication was great and the photos don't do it justice. All the rooms are ensuite and there's a lot of social space for everyone. The hardest bit was getting everyone together in one place! “We were delighted with the ease of communication with Florence who had done a rapid turnaround from the previous clients and was willing to meet us in person had we needed help with anything. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed and apart from a couple of drawers which had some crumbs and debris in them from previous guests, that had been overlooked in the cleaning process prior to our arrival, the kitchen was perfect. “Stunning Chateau with glorious views overlooking the lake. Fabulous original features with ample space inside and outside on the terrace. Large comfortable rooms for our party of 15. Lovely enclosed pool and recreation areas in huge wooded grounds and massive lake for boating, fishing and bird watching. Very welcoming owners on arrival to show us around. Cannot wait for a chance to re-visit.”
