“We filled the chateau with 26 people, aged from 2 to 80, and it never felt overcrowded. Lots of lovely old furniture, but new good quality bedlinen and towels. Very clean. “8 of us stayed at the Chateau for one week. It is a lovely location, with a short drive to Saumur. The house and gardens are lovely, with a homely feel (you feel like you are staying in someone's home - we loved it). The views from the terrace are fantastic. “Hired the chateau with 30 friends who have not seen each other in a long time. This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at; I honestly never thought I'd stay somewhere as grand. The communication was great and the photos don't do it justice. All the rooms are ensuite and there's a lot of social space for everyone. The hardest bit was getting everyone together in one place! Thank you for a lovely stay :)”
