"Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well."

"Nära parken och vacker omgivning med mycket kul att göra, som basketboll, beachvolleyboll och inomhuspool. Men de tre rum som vi bodde i var riktigt tråkiga. Tunna väggar, smällande dörrar, billarm. Gamla möbler, smutsig heltäckningsmatta och en fläkt som lät så mycket att man inte kunde ha den igång när man sov, så väldigt varmt. Välj inte budgetrummen."

"Location was great it was just 15-20 minute walk into downtown Boulder. The room was also very big and spacious for my daughter, wife and I so those were positives. However, under the beds were dirt and dust it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in or during our entire 4 night stay. Also, toilet paper was never refilled so we ran out. Even though hotels.com says it’s breakfast included you still need to pay $17 for each person and $15 for kids. It’s in the small print so be careful of that. I would say it’s a good hotel for work trips or people staying one or two nights but I wouldn’t recommend for families. "
