The home features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a 2-car garage for convenience. Perfect for families or groups to relax and make it their own, with reduced weekly and monthly rates for longer stays.

HOUSE RULES: Thank you so much for staying with us! We hope you love the home. This property is managed for a homeowner who values the home very much. Our hope is that you will treat it like your own. Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Pet Fee is $100. Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Trash and Recycling pickup are on Fridays. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay. Let us know if you need anything!

Smart Lock on the front door. Code provided the day before check-in.

You can reach us via email, messenger, or by phone. Messenger preferred. Property is managed off-site so we are out of your hair unless you need us!

The house was pretty much like the pictures. It was comfortable & conveniently located. It was actually more house than we needed, but it was close to our son's apartment. The property managers were very easy to work with.

More hassles than needed.

The area was perfect. The add claims "4 bedrooms 4 beds Sleeps 8" There are 2 beds that will sleep 2 each and 2 beds to sleep 1. The inflatable couch was not able to inflate even when we tried to inflate. Due to the fear of being blamed and charged for damage, we took pictures of wall scuffs, several stains/gum on carpet and dent in one of the bedroom walls the moment we got there. There were continual "gnats" from 2 large bags of leaking trash that were in the hot garage. 2 large boxes of alcohol bottle containers in the garage as well. We were there for a funeral and needed to use the iron and ironing board which were advertised. They said they would door dash and we received an iron only later that evening. The next day before we were leaving we received a ironing board cover only. It was a hassle, but we were thankful for someone coming over and taking the trash out the 1st day, which only disturbed the gnats and bugs in to a frenzy. This will probably never happen again, but it was our experience. Thanks.
