Spahotell i Pera

“The service and hospıtalıty of the personel at Radisson Pera is just exceptional. The really make you feel home. Amazing rooms, clean and fresh. And a big thank you to Tolga, Zara and Ömer for all help! ”

“Hotellet ligger i ett fantastiskt läge. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Handdukarna och sänglakan luktade faktiskt. Spa avdelningen kan behöva en liten uppdatering i form av underhåll då ång bastun inte fungerade samt att personen inte assisterade vilket skede man skulle utföra behandlingarna. TV apparaten slutade fungera de sista två dagarna men personalen lyckades lösa det sista dagen till slut.”

“Fatma hanim ve belboy kardesimiz sevecen, recepsiyon görevlileri, islerini layigiyla yapip son derece memnun biraktilar. Hepinize cok tesekkur ederiz”

“We stayed for only a day but my the staff were so friendly and helpful. My mother got a bit sick and when I called for some supplies the staff was so helpful with everything and even called and asked how my mother was doing. Super friendly and helpful staff. I already was stressing a bit but the staff made everything so much easier. This is real quality and top notch staff”

“Location is terrible, just because of nearby night club. Hotel is pretty worn out, despite good service.”

“Great location, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Nice staff, we got a larger room than expected (junior suite) with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good. We were only disappointed on the (non-existing) luggage room, as our bags were stored in a corner of the lobby after check out.”

“Bra läge till kollektivtrafik på trevlig gata och område. Hotellet i sämre skick då tex duschslang och toarullehållare inte fungerade. Extremt varmt i det lilla rummet med dålig ventilation som inte gick att reglera och ingen frisk luft gick att få då fönster var ut till en innergård. Litet spa erbjuds men den ”turkiska bastun” hade nästan ingen värme. ”

“There are two small elevators serving 8 floors. One was out of service for two days. Very inconvenient. The room was large, the hotel is dated. The shower stall has older tiling which has mildewed joints. The WIFI service was spotty. The SPA area is nice. The hot tub was not working. Breakfast was good, but served in a very crowded area. Overall, disappointing, given the pictures and description on the media.”

“Inte riktigt den renligheten vi sökte efter. Men trevlig personal, bra läge och fin byggnad. ”

“Allt var utmärkt ”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hotel Galata in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their professionalism and genuine helpfulness. Whether it was answering questions, giving local tips, or assisting with anything I needed, they consistently went above and beyond. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made my stay all the more relaxing. I also really appreciated the hotel's great location. It was...
