"Marco was nice, but the comforters were stained, and I tried to request more. It took me three times to call the front desk. The first time I was on hold for 30 minutes, and I was like, " Wow, they must be really busy with complaints. Lastly, the third comforter still had a stain, but I was over ..."

DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale
"Very nice staff. The whole hotel is a bit old and would do well by a renovation. My room was worn down and would do very well by a renovation. My colleagues room however was better than mine. But it was clean and not unfresh in any way. Must have been awesome in the 80s."
