“We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean, with good coffe available in the room which was welcome after drinking Nescafe for a few days. The breakfast buffĂ©t had lots of options and everything was as expected on this point from one of the best hotels in Bansko. ”

Den vi fick istĂ€llet var Ă€ldre, klart mindre och saknade balkong, öppenspis och tvĂ€ttmaskin. Detta pĂ„pekade vi för hon som stod i receptionen och förvĂ€ntade oss nĂ„gon form av kompensation men vi fick inget. Vi bad Ă€ven henne ta detta med sin chef men vi fick ingen Ă„terkoppling alls.
