VIEWS ! VIEWS !! VIEWS!!! PARADISE FOUND Enjoy fabulous views of pristine mangrove lined shores of Charlotte Harbor right from your living room! Have lunch al fresco on your screen lanai or take dip in the outdoor heated OLYMPIC size pool. While you're here, you can do everything or nothing it's up to you!! The condo is decorated and features relaxed style furnishings as well as everything you will need to make yourself right at home. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Have breakfast at the kitchen bar top or at the dining table which seats 4 comfortably. Wake up to amazing views in the master bedroom with its king size bed and LED TV. The guest room has a comfortable queen size bed and LED TV. The unit has everything you will need during you stay, including all pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware as well as towels, linens and beach towels.

Impressive View

As advertised, the condo has a million dollar view. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive to any questions or needs. Great location to local activities. Pool is excellent. Friendly neighbors throughout the location. Kitchen is well supplied, although pots, pans and dishes are well used. Only con is the noise level at times. Neighbor downstairs constantly slams their door every time they go in or out. Overall all it was an enjoyable stay and we would rent this condo again.

"Million Dollar Views", not really!

The host did a good job decorating the unit, which included everything for a wonderful time. The layout for a two-bedroom could not be better. The tennis and pickleball courts are in great condition. Some negatives: 1. The walls and floors are paper thin and we could hear tv’s, footsteps and voices very easily during our whole stay. The host is aware of this, as there is a plaque asking guests to take off their shoes. 2. The complex should be secured but for most of the month their front gate was broken off, allowing anyone to drive in. 3. There is a shallow boat canal, not very usable for anything larger than a skiff. 4. We wished we could have enjoyed those “million-dollar views”, but the unit sits in front and above the pool and exposed pumps. We could not enjoy sitting on the porch as noise levels were around 67 decibels at 75’, and the pumps ran 24/7. A message was sent to the host asking if the pumps really needed to run all the time and was told that they had just gotten used to it and did not even notice the noise levels anymore. We understand these problems will not change, which is why we would not stay in this unit again. 5. We were also concerned about the number of interior cameras in the unit including a ring camera that can be continually monitored by the host. For privacy, you have to disconnect them, and it makes you wonder where the hidden ones might be. 6. The host is selling the unit and asked us to clean a couple of times so it could be shown.
