"The snell of the lobby is terrible. Musty and dank smelling. Bathtub had the enamel completing gone in multiple spots. The blinds weren’t wide enough for the windows and there weren’t any curtains to block the street light/city lights from coming in."

Hyatt House Portland/Downtown
"Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. ..."
