Our stay was the worst hotel experiences I have had around the world. problems started on arrival. Parking was chaotic, with attendants who were rude, unprofessional, and offered no meaningful assistance. There were no visible uniforms or clear signs identifying who was responsible for helping guests, creating confusion and frustration from the moment we arrived. Check-in did little to improve the situation. The receptionist was dismissive, unaccommodating, and showed little interest in assisting guests. The beach experience was particularly disappointing. We were directed to the hotel's beach, only to discover that access and arrangements were far from what we expected. After paying €100 for sunbeds, we were assigned the furthest possible location from the hotel, right at the edge of the designated area beside the public beach, next to resting beach vendors and an overcrowded public section spilling into the so-called private area. The most unacceptable issue was the noise. A beach party continued from before midnight until almost 2:00 a.m., with music reaching 90 decibels inside our room. Sleeping was impossible. Reception staff unable to provide any information on when the event would end, leaving guests with no solution other than to endure the disturbance. Poor service, lack of organization, disappointing facilities, and excessive noise combined to create experience far below the standards expected of a hotel in this category. I would not return, nor recommend LBH.

Fantastisk restaurant med mycket bra service. Generellt vänligt bemötande. Privat tillgång till badplats i havet förutom en pool.
