“Oren, Gemensam toalett och badrum. Luktade illa”

“Shabby and tired but clean. There were parts of the blind missing on the bathroom window and the handle had come off the window lock. The whole room, bathroom and kitchen needs a facelift but it was nice and clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard! A bit of TLC would make all the difference. We didn’t use the facilities but the reception area was pleasant.”

“Bra och bekvämt, och på rätt ställe för mina ändamål. Inget särskilt men inget att klaga på, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. ”

“We booked a room in the middle of the heatwave in the UK. When we got to our room we realized that the window couldn’t be opened because a handle was missing. We reached out to the reception and hotels.com. It took them 24h to come and put in the handle so that the window could be opened. We slept in 28 degrees of heat the first night. Second, we noticed that we didn’t have a hairdryer in the room. The reception said they didn’t have any spare ones so we had to manage without one. I reached...

“Äcklig och flottig frukost. Inte mycket att välja på om man inte äter klassisk engelsk breakfast.”

“Nice staff and breakfast.”

“Inte det bästa B&B vi varit på. Stökigt och rörigt ställe. Ingen breakfast, inget fungerande wi-fi. Koder för att låsa rum som inte fungerade. Ommålning och renovering pågick och det låg saker för detta överallt, enorm lukt av måleriarbete. Kan inte rekommendera detta ställe.”

“Love the room was nice and no issues”

“Do not book with this hotel or use this app! My experience was terrible, and everything was very poorly organised. I had to wait outside for around 15 minutes, received no confirmation email, and had to make extra phone calls at my own expense. When I finally got a room, the bed smelled horrible, and I did not feel comfortable or safe. What disappointed me the most was Expedia’s customer service. When things went wrong, I expected them to help me find a fair solution, but they refused to give...

“Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!”

“Something of a strange experience. Was let in by someone living there. My room was occupied by a long term tenant. The owner explained the place is an HMO and he didn't know why the room I booked was advertised. He gave me a refund.”

“Excellent location with garden and parking, convenient for central London and lovely hosts.”
