“Amazing hotel! Beautiful spacious rooms that are modern! Helpful staff! Loved the pool !”

“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.”

“Property is a short walk to the beach. Staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. We had some snags when we first arrived including the water being brown but the maintenance fixed it quickly. I thought it was going to be rough but it turned out to be a beautiful trip”

“Wonderful!”

“A fantastic and genuine hotel with very familiar attitude and feel. The beach area at Grace Bay is truly world class. Hidden gem for a very affordable price.”
