“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“My five-night oceanfront stay was deeply disappointing. Rather than feeling welcomed, I experienced repeated poor service that raised concerns about possible racial profiling.
At both Serafina and AOA Oceanfront, I was seated but never served. At AOA, I waited nearly 20 minutes while another family arrived and immediately received water. No one acknowledged me, despite my being ready to order.
After reporting both incidents, I was offered a $75 credit to dine elsewhere on the property. Why...

“Excellent location in the centre of old Ponce with loads of secure parking.
Our room was clean and well-equipped including a fridge. The swimming pool is small, but clean and perfect for a cooling dip at the end of a hot day. Breakfast was exceptional, we also had lunch one day which was also excellent; we would have eaten there in the evening if we’re open beyond 6pm.
Staff were exceptional - cheerful and helpful and responded immediately to our questions. The only minor criticism was the tv...

“We really enjoyed staying at Wydham Beach Resort. The room was so spacious and had extremely comfortable beds with luxurious sheets and pillows. The pools were amazing and last but not least the private hotel beach in conjunction with the pool area was so nice. The rainforest view from our balcony on the last floor was just breathtaking 😃👍”
