“The Villa Cofresi Hotel was Amazing. All of The Staff Members were very friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant. The Staff Members makes The Villa Cofresi The Best Hotel in Puerto Rico. The Barmaid Liz Marie is really Hermosa, Gorgeous, Intelligent, Hard Working, Wonderful and Special. She is Amazing and she is The Best. I am going back to Puerto Rico and staying at The Villa Cofresi Hotel very soon. Highly Recommend”

“was here last year and returned this year stayed 4 days mall across the street, great service, breakfast was good, well maintained property there was a slight issue with power the first day I was there and one elevator was out of service for one day but overall I was pleased with my stay. Recommend some sort of entertainment in the evenings and maybe a happy hour to encourage a more entertaining ambiance ”

“Beautiful property, excellent service, everyone we engaged with were professional yet friendly and personable. Everything was clean yet updated and modern. Amazing amenities. My only critique is related to dining. The two dinner options were a bit too fussy. Simpler menu options would be very welcomed. And obviously the dining prices from breakfast to dinner were $$$$ but aside from that it was an amazing resort that our family loved. ”

"Läget är bra, nära stränder och Old San Juan. Vi hade ett rymligt rum med bra sängar och en balkong med havsutsikt. Men det var inte särskilt rent på rummet. Den utlovade frukosten räckte inte till alla gäster, det saknades bröd, mjölk till kaffet mm. Servicen var också undermålig. Vi bad om en ny glödlampa till en av lamporna på rummet, då den var trasig. Det kunde de tyvärr inte hjälpa oss med."
