Spahotell i San Juan

“The staff was superb as was the food!”

“Väldigt rent hotell/rum läget mitt i old san juan ”

“Everything was amazing!!!!”

“Both in-inhouse bars/ restaurant were closed, although you could BYOB up to the rooftop. View was spectacular. Rooms were clean and well decorated, lighting was bad, needs more and brighter options, impossible to read in bed. Not many outlets, needs power & usb hubs by microwave, desk and bedside. Balcony was nice, with bistro table & chairs. Windows & balcony doors need better glazing & weatherstripping, to keep out heat & reduce loud street noise. Hotel location was outstanding, as were...

“Bara en kort övernattning innan kryssning Väldigt rent och fint”

“Hotel accesible a todo, con lo necesario, tranquilo y moderno”

“Overall nice votel, but the point about a hotel is that you should be able to sleep. And unfortunately the AC is way too cold and the fan was blowing on full speed, and the control to adjust it wasn't activated. Other issues was that there was no soap in the bathroom and long lines to enter the breakfast, but that are minor issues.”

“No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond, The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. It was a terrible stay. All in all, a terrible stay for over $440 that I paid. I definitely would not never stay here again.”

“We only had one night but wished we’d had longer, just to stay in our quiet room, read, drink coffee, and unwind. The minimalist colonial decor was very relaxing and romantic, we’ll stay again if we come back.”

“We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!”

“Hotel bien situado, esto y el personal son la cara positiva. La negativa es la habitación; incomoda, cama hundida, mal iluminada, etcétera. Llamarla Deluxe es un eufemismo de mal gusto.”

“Mycket mygg på rummet, ingen fjärrkontroll till TV. Och fattades handdukar och tallrikar.”

“Clean room, excellent location”
