“We loved our stay at the Newport Harbor Hotel. We stayed in one of the marina facing king bed rooms and the view was phenomenal. The sunset over the bay is stunning. Also, the location right next to Bowen's wharf made exploring Newport so convenient. We could come and go as we pleased, drop off shopping bags, run out for a quick snack of coffee. It was perfect.”

7. Hotel Viking

“Lovely hotel in a great location. Two bugbears: 1) the $50 a day “destination fee”. Why on earth not just be honest about the room rate? 2) the $17 per person free drink voucher which could only be used for a drink that cost $17 or less. Needless to say the drinks we ordered were not $17 or less. It was clever though - to use one voucher we ended up needing to buy 3 drinks because the first two didn’t count!”

10/10 Utmärkt
Staying at the Taber Inne & Suites is a bit like travelling back in time... I was recommended a more centrally located hotel in Mystic, but opted for this location a bit more in the outskirts of the town. Very peaceful, good parking, easy to locate and a very short walk into the center! There is a small coffe shop (Nana's) very close by and a few small eating spots (more downtown). Parking was outside my room (no 15) and reception a few doors down. Spacious, great wifi, ok bathroom, door to back...
