Apartment (Copanema), fully renovated, Post 6.

Hi, we’re Josy and Luciano, and we’re renting out a beautiful vacation apartment, conveniently located in Copacabana at Posto 6, next to Copacabana Fort, and very close to Ipanema—in other words, COPANEMA. It’s just one block from the beach and next to the 13th Police Precinct, with several supermarkets nearby, 24-hour pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, and all kinds of shops within walking distance, including plenty of public transportation options. The subway station is close to the apartment and is located at General Osório Station, Sá Ferreira Street exit. It’s important to note that no later than 1 (one) day before check-in, the guest must pay a security deposit of R$ 2,000.00 (two thousand reais), which can be paid via PIX or bank transfer to the host’s account to cover any damage to the property. After check-out, provided there is no damage, the host will refund the full amount to the guest.
