Suite at the Verano Stay condominium, in the Rio2 neighborhood (very quiet and safe, with pools, gym, soccer field, parks, etc.).

Suite with a very comfortable queen bed, TV, air conditioning, bathroom with hair dryer, minibar, work desk and a beautiful view.

The building has pools, restaurants, security and parking (booking required).

Bed linen and towels provided.

The building has security cameras in common areas, such as outdoor hallways and the entrance lobby.

A cozy and practical 18 m² suite, ideal for 1 or 2 people traveling for work or leisure.

Free parking (must be booked in advance and depends on availability; please let us know ahead of time if you need it).

• Pool: Tuesday to Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm.
• Gym: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm; weekends and holidays, 8 am to 3 pm.
• Sauna: Tuesday to Friday, 4 pm to 10 pm; weekends and holidays, 8 am to 10 pm.
• Recreation area: daily, 9 am to 10 pm (ask for permission at the front desk).
• Restaurant: daily, 9 am to 11 pm.
