This apartment has beach access, crossing the lagoon by ferry, and is located close to shopping centres, cinemas and a wide variety of restaurants. Barra da Tijuca is a neighbourhood with excellent infrastructure, which makes it simple to travel to other regions. However, you will certainly find everything you need without leaving Barra!



For greater transparency in communication, here is important information about access cards:



• Documentation from all guests must be submitted COMPULSORILY by the second-to-last business day before check-in. Without compliance with this measure, the guest will not be able to stay at the accommodation.



• To use the garage, you must use the car park access card (1 available), which is also required for initial access.



• To cross the lagoon by ferry, you must also carry the access cards (4 available).



⚠️ Attention: all cards must be left in the apartment after check-out. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$ 90.00 per card.

Services such as: cot, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges. In case of doubt, please contact us for further clarification.



To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be sufficient time to release access to the property. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.



⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your baggage here at our agency.



⚠️ Making noise from 22:00 onwards is not permitted (Quiet Hours Law).



⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.



⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.



⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when you have luggage or bath towels.



⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. If this is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



⚠️ Our check-in is from 15:00 and our check-out is before 11:00. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.



⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.



⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.



⚠️ There is no daily cleaning service during your stay; if you are interested, please check with reception for availability of this service.
