If you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification.For everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices: No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law). It is not allowed to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs. The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use). The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list cannot enter the building. The space is exclusively for registered guests and no other people are allowed in. Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of it in different bags. Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits. We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability. For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please take care with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
