Hotell nära Rochester Institute of Technology

“Room was not clean and smelt bad. Shower knob was broken. No bathroom amenities. Very poor condition. Overall, not well maintained.”

Fint skick. Bra frukost. ”

“The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

“Convenient location for the strong museum”

Rekommenderas!”

“Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet.”

“Good stay”

“Good business hotel with everything you need”

“This is a great place to stay near RIT It's very convenient and its clean”

“A perfekt place to stay at. The service, the breakfast an the room were really the very best.”

Frukost lite klen, men ok”

“The person that checked me in was horrible, he had nasty jokes. The room it self was ok.”
