I Guess you get what you pay for but this place is awful. Horrible smell in room, filthy uncleaned room, breakfast is a joke. Pay a little bit more money and stay anywhere else

Holiday Inn Express Rochester - University Area by IHG
The facility looks new from the outside, bed comfortable but carpet dirty, cribs on the floor definitely housekeeping did not vacuum. Requested a blanket we were given a fitted sheet that we had to pick up the front desk as only 1 person is working. Breakfast ok. Music blasting on the floor we stayed ...

Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room.
