“This home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was quiet and there's a nice grocery store within walking distance. However, it was quite difficult to find the house when we first arrived and communication was difficult - we had to call more than once to finally talk to someone to allow us entrance. Putting the address in GoogleMaps is not helpful, as it takes you to the wrong building. It is also not in a good location if you plan to travel to Florence's central - no Uber/Lyft/taxi was...

“The house itself was very nice and functional, and the neighborhood was very quiet. However, many of the attractions were about a 30-minute walk away. During our stay, taxis took about the same amount of time because of traffic and roadwork, so that’s worth considering if you’re hoping to stay close to the main sights. The outdoor patio overlooked neighboring apartments, so the outlook wasn’t particularly scenic. If you’re hoping for a terrace with a beautiful view, that’s something to keep in...

“Very spacious, with very comfortable beds. Located on a busy street, but the apartment was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. The listing didn't mention that every bedroom had a large french door opening onto a balcony, which was quite nice. Riverfront access made it nice for running/jogging. The parking spot was a little tricky to access, being almost 2 blocks away, but it was much better than trying to find street parking, which would have been impossible. Grocery store nearby...

“Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. Otherwise the property was nice, well equipped with AC, a...

“Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.”
