“Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Tittabawassee Rd. In Saginaw, Michigan was more than we expected, and that was a good thing. Our room was beautiful. But first, the young lady that signed us in was very helpful. She made sure we had a room on the lobby floor that I requested. The room was very clean and we were glad to know that there was a laundry room for our cleaning needs should we have things to wash. We were also glad to see that it was convenient to places to eat or shop. Our ONLY...

“The rooms were old, no heat. Cobwebs in corners. Broken shower drain. Pillows and towels looked old and stained. Second day no one cleaned or provided new towels--had to ask. Asked for heat and they brought portable electric heater. Nice people, but not aware of our society's ways.”
