  • Villa Blanca är ett vackert renoverat lägenhetskomplex för sex enheter i en säker, lugn, trädgård som att ställa in till stranden och strandpromenaden. Alla lägenheter har sitt namn efter världsberömda stränder. Vår "Avalon" lägenhet är ljus och solig med spektakulär havsutsikt med vitt vatten. Du kan höra vågorna och lukta bränningen! Nyligen ombyggd med helt nya apparater, möbler och hårda trägolv ... denna rymliga två sovrum, andra våningen, lägenheten är charmig med ljusa inredningsmöbler och eleganta badstränder. Det stora köket är fullt utrustat för att laga en gourmetmåltid eller bara packa en picknicklunch till stranden. Byggnadens grunder innehåller en grillplats och utomhusdusch med strandleksaker och boogiebrädor. Detta exklusiva, familjevänliga kvarter ligger en minuts promenad från varje restaurangkök som du kan föreställa dig, plus shopping, livsmedelsbutiker, barer och alla strandpromenadaktiviteter. Tillgången till motorvägen till alla San Diego-attraktioner ligger i närheten.

Cute 2BR apartment up the street from the beach. Small gated yard with chairs if you have a dog. Clean and well appointed with a laundry room on the property, which was very convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would recommend and stay again!

Meghan was great with communication. She responded immediately to a few questions we had and reached out to check in to see how our stay is going. She reached out to let us know the property is available for early access since we arrived in town early. Great location and steps from the beach. Dog friendly although it is not all season, it is a huge plus for our family. Will definitely try to reserve this place for future vacations at San Diego. Thank you

We wanted a place within walking distance to the beach and were not disappointed! The apartment met all of our other needs as well - lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, parking (garage is small but there is space to park in front of the garage), and quiet. Just a note: Apple maps took us to the other side of Mission Blvd.; Google maps got us to where we needed to be.

A good condo with a great location in pacific beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance and the boardwalk is very close, too! The host was very nice and responsive. Note that there is no AC and the property is a little bit on the older side. Consider bringing small extension cords as outlets are hard to reach in the room with the queen bed. Also, if you expect to need to do laundry, consider bringing your own detergent as there isn’t any provided.

Ideal Location for a Beach Vacation

This property was clean and comfortable for a family of five. Best of all, it's about a 3 minute walk to a very nice beach, which made spending plenty of time relaxing by the ocean so easy, especially with younger children. We would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect property for a long girl's weekend. Walk or bike to many great places for food and shopping. Home well equipped and clean. Had a wonderful time.

Perfect!!

You could see the ocean from the windows thus a perfect location! The apartment was clean, in good repair and relatively spacious. It was very inviting and the price is right. Highly recommend.

Great location!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Steps from the beach and lots of food/coffee options. The property manager was very easy to work with and helpful. The garage is small so don’t rent a large car or truck if planning to use the garage.

Really quit, cool, comfortable apartment. Great yard and surroundings. Good place to decompress. Had a tub draining problem which required call to property manager and then a plumber next day, but it was handled. Nice relaxing stay.

Family visit

We loved the location-close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Property managers were very responsive-the bulbs burned out in the bathroom and they were replaced promptly. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were awesome.

Super one minute to the beach. 20 minutes to seaworld and old town. Be carefully when parking, tickets for wrong parking start at 50$ and they check.

Great place for the bride's family

This was a beautiful apartment and in the center of everything. We enjoyed beach walks with my daughter and families coming in every day for the wedding. The place was super clean and well-appointed. We had both the bride and groom over for a get-to-know-each-other dinner. The place was perfect for that. Fabulous response from Megan the Property Manager when we could not figure out tv and she went above and beyond replacing lightbulbs. We will return!
