  • Charmig strandstuga från 1923 i ett lugnt och privat område i hjärtat av Mission Beach. Det här paradiset har uppdaterats och nyinredits i en modern strandstugainredning. Bara några steg från Mission Bay, 500 meter till havet, och en kort promenad till restauranger, butiker och Catamaran Spa, är denna stuga det bästa av båda världar - enkel tillgång till spänningen och energin på stranden, men ändå nära viken för ett lugnt frist för att uppdatera själen. Detta ursprungliga strandhus ligger inbäddat bland andra, fortfarande i användning av heltidsinvånare. Som ett resultat är den här egenskapen bäst lämpad för dem som söker ett lugnt mellanrum i ett aktivt Mission Beach-område.

    Det inbjudande och bekväma vardagsrummet har en eldstad och stor-TV. Välutrustat matkök ger informella sittplatser. Gate-benbordet möjliggör mer formell middag när den utvidgas i vardagsrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, platt-TV, skrivbord och privat badrum med dusch. I det andra sovrummet finns också en queen size-säng. Det tredje sovrummet har en tvilling våningssäng med en utdragbar dubbelsats.

    Stugan är perfekt för en strandsemester, men om du behöver ta med den bärbara datorn är det också en utmärkt plats för lite arbete. Ett skrivbord och en datorstol finns i sovrummet; ett bärbart bärbar datorbord möjliggör datoranvändning i hela huset. Stugan levereras komplett med kabel-TV, trådlöst internet, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek, badkar / dusch, gasspis och gasgrill. Mycket nära Santa Clara rekreationscenter / Mission Bay Aquatic Center som erbjuder klasser och vattensportuthyrning, från vattenskoter, väckebrädor, vattenskidor, segelbåtar, paddelbåtar, kajaker, paddelbrädor, pontongbåtar och till och med jetpackupplevelser. Nice little beach bungalow. Everything we needed. Short (very short) walk down to the beach. Close to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Fisrt time not staying in a hotel

It was nice quite spacious more then enough room lots of hot water so everyone could shower. Cute clean close to everything we wanted. Best first experience ever. We definitely recommend as well as will stay again.

Thé beach and Sand Diego at your feet.

We needed a nice get away that was in the middle between La Jolla and San Diego. This property fit that bill perfectly. Once we arrived we were pleased to find the quaintness of the posting to be accurate. We also soon realized that not only is the cottage in the middle between those two cities but the path between is simple and easy. Great spot and we will certainly be back with friends.

This is a nice beach cottage that was perfect for a family getaway. It's a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The onlydeductioni wouldgivewould be for parking. This unitdoesn'thave parkingspot and the parkingnearby can be limitedespeciallyon weekends. .

Two Week Stay

We had such a nice time at this house and in the area. I was with my adult daughter, who was recovering from minor surgery. We could walk everywhere and the home had everything we needed. My two other adult children showed up for two nights and the accommodations were perfect! We would all stay here again. My only (only) feedback is that the kitchen sink needs to be DEEP cleaned (like down in the disposal area,) because the smell was strong and not great. The management company was stellar and easy to get in touch with. Great little place!

No big kids on the top bunk bed!

I arranged a visit with my 3 adult daughters and two friends. First the parking is only for a VERY small car and street parking is impossible to find on weekends. Second, there is a little sign on the headboard inside of the top bunk stating no one over 100lbs can sleep on that bunk. thebunk.

We arrived at the unit, and it had not been cleaned.

We arrived around 6pm after a long day of traveling to find the unit had not been cleaned. Our options were to wait for the cleaning service to come and clean or find another place to stay. We opted for a hotel. Finding one with vacancy was difficult as it was spring break. The management team was less than apologetic and did nothing to help us find other accommodations.

This was a great location and property. Easy to get to both the bay and the ocean. Just note the very small parking spot. We came in an SUV and had to park elsewhere. Loved the bunk bed for the kids, as did they.

Fantastic!

This was probably our best experience in an airbnb we've ever had. The cottage literally has everything you could want: sand shovels, boogie boards, beach cruisers, a pack and play on site, I could go on. The parking space really is teeny tiny though, so once we finished parking our minivan each day my hubby didn't want to leave because he didn't want to have to park again haha. But that was ok because it was literally beach adjacent! Beds were comfortable, ceiling fans were quiet, decor on point... We would stay here again!

Great place, but the location was very different than the place was listed. Listed as close to pacific beach, ended up being south of that on Glorietta Bay. Ended up being far from friends we were staying with.

Great Stay!

Stayed here with a small group of girlfriends for a celebration and it was the cutest little cottage! Convenient location and easy check-in/out process. Would recommend to anyone that wants that beachy feel.

Great Beach Spot!

We had a great time at the Rockaway house! The location was ideal…especially if you have kids bc it’s feet away from the bay. The house was stocked amazing well with everything you could possibly need for your stay and the space incredibly clean. The parking spot is insanely small but they give you plenty of warning about that so it wasn’t a surprise and we found parking just down the road. We are definitely keeping this on our list of options for future stays.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and stocked up with everything you would ever need for your stay. The location is a 2 minute walk from the beach and there are so many places to eat/shop in the area. I will say that the property next door is currently being renovated and there was construction from approx 6/7AM - 5/6PM everyday except Sunday (even Saturday). That was a little annoying in the mornings but we headed out for activities by 10AM-11AM each day so it wasn't that big of a deal for us. We weren't upset about it, but I wanted to mention it for possible renters in the near future to be aware of. Overall great stay and location!
