This ground-level studio features a private entrance.

Highlights include a queen bed, 45in smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You`ll also find a wet bar with a beverage fridge, a sink, a coffee maker, and a microwave.

The sunny studio patio has seating for two.

Parking is available for one car in the carport. (The carport accommodates a medium-size SUV.) Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking is strictly prohibited in the alley.

Guests will have access to approximately 200 sq ft of indoor living space, plus the outdoor patio!

You have access to the outdoor patio area and the studio on the first floor. You will enter through the door labelled `B`.

Mission Beach is a classic beach community in San Diego, California. The beach community can be both quiet and cozy, or active and bustling, depending on the season and what kind of experience you want to create for yourself.

We have beach essentials to make your stay more enjoyable, including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The ocean is lively and the bay is quiet.

MISSION BAY for WATERSPORTS & LOUNGING: Walk the bay for a quieter outing or for activities like boats, paddle boards, volleyball and more. Mission Bay sports center is one mile north!

MISSION/PACIFIC BEACH for SURFING, DINING & NIGHTLIFE: Head to the beach boardwalk alongside the Pacific Ocean to enjoy restaurants, bars, infamous nightlife, coffee shops and more stretching from Belmont Park at your doorstep, all the way up to the neighboring lively Pacific Beach.

This is not a party house.
The thermostat is locked and cannot be set to lower than 68 degrees in the summer or higher than 78 degrees in the winter.

SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed:
Do not take glass of any kind to the beach
No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall
No smoking/vaping on the beach

PROPERTY RULES:
Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property.
No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host.
The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.

We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.

Alteration of dates must be made at least 2 weeks before check in date.

Check-out is at 10:00am.
o Place all towels in the bathrooms or leave them in front of the washing machine.
o Make sure the air conditioner and heater are off before leaving.
o Fans and indoor fire heaters are turned off.
