Newly renovated one bedroom luxury apartment located 2 blocks from the beach! Restaurants, pubs, and Ocean Beach / Dog Beach are within a 2 block radius.

This property features an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, high-end finishes/appliances, air conditioning, stackable washer/dryer (in unit), 4K TVs, WiFi/high speed internet (ATT fiber), full-size pull out sofa sleeper, and designated parking.

This bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment is a short 2 block walk to the beach and close to everything in Ocean Beach! This apartment is approximately 550 square feet and is the east-facing unit located upstairs.

The open living room contains plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa sectional sits across from a wall-mounted 55” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas.

The bathroom has been newly remodeled and has multiple towel racks and hooks.

The bedroom features a queen bed, TV, closet and wall mirror.

The unit also contains a private washer/dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

Guests are given an electronic key code to access the apartment. One garage parking space is provided. Small to medium sized cars are best. Oversized vehicles may not fit. The garage size is 76` tall, 90` wide and 18.5 feet long.

Guests are required to verify their identity with our third-party provider before check-in. To provide our guests and properties with extra protection, guests agree to pay a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Ocean Beach is a vibrant beach community in San Diego, CA, known for its laid-back vibe and beautiful sunsets. Conveniently located 5 miles from the San Diego International Airport, Ocean Beach offers many recreational activities, walkable access to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and community events, and hosts the longest concrete pier on the west coast.

It is easy to get around by walking in Ocean Beach! Ample street parking is available. Bicycles and scooters are also available to rent nearby.

The apartment is furnished with bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A Pack N Play and high chair are available upon request.
Pets must be approved. Please inform us of the breed and size of your pet. We do not allow cats. A pet fee will be applied to your reservation.

Overall had a great experience with the property and liked the proximity to the beach. The parking was very tight as the garage would not hold more than one compact car based on the design of the alley way leading to the garage entrance. While the property was clean and maintained well, the drain in the shower was very slow. Probably an opportunity for the cleaning crew to alert the property owner that maintenance was needed to clear the drain in the shower.

Location Friendly for Traveling with Dog

My visit was specific: Dog Friendly Beach.Recently, my young (7years), Shepherd Mix companion, was diagnosed with lymphoma so I wanted to share the ocean with her while she was still able to enjoy it. This location was the best. Not only was this place clean and comfortable, the location was perfect.

Property is exactly as described. The garage was helpful. Enjoyed our stay a lot! Parking can be difficult if you have a larger vehicle. I have a full size pickup. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance though

Wonderful Ocean Beach Experience

I highly recommend staying here! This unit was very nice, updated, clean and private. We got to see two of the other new units while there and they were all just as nice. There are several outdoor sitting areas in the courtyard space - great for enjoying your morning coffee! There is a nice private garage for each unit so you don't have to worry about on-street parking. The beach, restaurants, and shopping are all walk-able (generally half a mile or less). Dog Beach and the north side of OB are just 2 blocks away - very easy to walk to with surfboard or beach stuff. This location is great - very close to the airport, or for a quick drive up or down the coast, trip into the city or parks, or other sight seeing adventures. We used a quarter tank of gas during the entire week we were there! The owners and managers were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Our overall experience and perception was the general "vibe" in OB is very friendly and positive which just added to this being a "10" vacation spot, with a great place to call "home" for a bit. We hope to come back again soon.

The location was great - a short walk to the OB strip and the beach. The apartment was clean and well stocked. A dedicated garage and in unit laundry were a bonus.
