Our lavish studio apartment is newly remodeled and perfectly located at the cross section of everything that is fun in San Diego. It has breathless views of San Diego Bay and is a short walk (8 minutes, .4 miles) to Middletown trolley station providing quick access to convention center, airport, downtown, Balboa Park, Sea World, Zoo, Old Town, Gas Lamp, East Village, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, Mexico Border and all the other fun happenings in San Diego.

Our studio includes a quenn bed with an ultra comfy memory foam mattress, as well as a couch that pulls into a bed (54" wide). It's perfect for one couple or two couples on a budget and/or a family of three or four people. ALL the furniture and appliances are brand new, as well as all flooring, tile, and granite countertops.

We provide FREE internet and FREE YouTube TV via ROKU. If you're not familiar with YouTube TV it's like cable but an online streaming service that lets you stream live & local sports, news, shows from 70+ channels including ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, HGTV, TNT, and more.

GETTING AROUND
The studio is on a peaceful street in a great neighborhood, yet just 5 minutes to the heart of downtown and all the action, you couldn't stay in a more ideal location. You can walk to many of San Diego's top attractions, and drive to the rest in just 10-15 minutes!

The house is conveniently located 2 short blocks (over the bridge) to the Middleton Trolley Stop (Green Line) which gives quick access to convention center, downtown, Old Town, Gas Lamp, East Village, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, and Mexico Border. We still recommend renting a car so you can explore all San Diego has to offer.

- Little Italy (quaint shopping and dining, just blocks away)
- Mission Hills shopping district
- Banker's Hill (cool restaurants, bars, coffee shops)

All guests must be over the age of 25, or a parent must be present. No additional guests permitted on the property over the number listed on the reservation unless written approval received prior to check-in date. Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation to these policies will require an immediate eviction. Please treat our home as if it were your own!

LOCATION
Our home is located in the best neighborhood in San Diego, offering great proximity to most attractions and fantastic views. While our properties feature high quality, acoustically rated windows and doors, our central location means you will may occasionally hear the sounds of the city including planes that take off between the hours of 6:30 am and 10:30 pm. If you are very sensitive to noise, staying anywhere in the downtown San Diego area may not be the right choice.

GUEST ACCESS
We use a smart lock and you will recieve the code upon arrival to the home under the "check-in" information in the guest portal. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
