Välkommen till vår familj nyrenoverade strand stuga i North Pacific Beach! Vår ett sovrum stuga ligger precis på gränsen till Pacific Beach och La Jolla, så att du kommer att vara i omedelbar närhet till både nattlivet i Pacific Beach och den avspända surfare stil Bird Rock. Det ligger 2 kvarter från Turmalin Beach och inom gångavstånd från lag Street, strandpromenaden och Mission stränder. Du verkligen inte kan be om en bättre plats oavsett vad det är att du ser att göra i San Diego Beach!

Vår Beach stuga har ett sovrum och är utrustad med en king size-säng och dra ut enkelsäng för en extra gäst. Tänk på att det sover 3 vuxna i sängar, men vi tillåter 4 gäster på en gång för familjer med barn. Vi kan erbjuda ett slag upp madrass och / eller spjälsäng på begäran kostnadsfritt. Vår stuga är perfekt för en mindre familj, romantisk semester eller ens föräldrar som besöker barn i en av de närliggande högskolor. Den har ett fullt utrustat kök, liten matplats, separat vardagsrum, off-street / gated parkering och en avskild bakgård reträtt. Varför bo på ett hotell när du kan ha din egen privata utrymme som ditt hem hemifrån?

The location of this place is excellent, two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of coffee joints, restaurants, a convenience store and other amenities. The neighborhood is tranquil and quiet and I slept soundly and comfortably in the spacious bed. Loved the off street parking space. Lovely outdoor patio felt private. Would stay here again.

Great spot!

Every thing you need for a great stay. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores are all within walking distance. Pacific Beach is an easy walk as well. Highly recommended.

Comfortable accommodations with great location

The rental was clean and comfortable, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We parked our car at the start of our stay and didn't drive again until we left. The private parking area is an extra bonus. There is also a great backyard area for eating and just hanging out.

Private and relaxing

We loved staying at the PB Cottage. It’s a standalone unit with secure parking and a nice back patio space. The inside is perfect for a couple has everything you need for a long or short term stay. Easy walking access to the beach and lots of coffee and eating spots within a 5-10 min walk. Would highly recommend staying at Stephany’s place!

Pacific Beach getaway

Had a very good 3 week stay in this perfect cottage. Location near the beach, restaurants, and other amenities was wonderful, as is the private parking and patio area. Communication with, and responsiveness by the owner Cynthia was an added plus as well. Would stay here again if ever in the Pacific Beach area in the future.

Comfortable Cottage, Great Location

We enjoyed our one week stay at the cottage. It was as pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus as street parking is at a premium in the area. Stephany was great to deal with - we had a couple of issues over the weekend and she responded right away.

Fantastic Beach Neighborhood

Wonderful hosts! Stephany was a great communicator and very accommodating. The rental was clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor patio for morning coffee and dinner in the evening. Location couldn't be beat! Delicious tacos and coffee near by, walking distance to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in San Diego. Thank you!

7 day getaway to see friends

Great location. The French Gourment bakery & restaurant down the street was amazing. Beach 10min walk. Quiet and safe to walk around the neighborhood. The house parking was tight but worked and it's extremely important as finding a parking spot can be adventurous (seems to be San Diego parking culture).The house had everything we needed for home cooked meals and the backyard was relaxing and well kept up. Inside was comfy, clean and well kept up.

Relaxing Retreat from the Heat

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location just a block or so from ocean. As seniors, we didn’t come and go much but spent time enjoying the cool refreshing weather - a reprieve from the Arizona heat. Home is cozy and comfortable for two. Super great large private patio. Enclosed parking was a big plus. Stephany took immediate care of any issues we had. Would love to come again.

Cute Cottage

We had a very comfortable stay at this cottage tucked behind a house close to the beach. Our car was safely stashed behind the gate in front of the cottage and we felt safe and snug! The cottage is comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We ate out nearly all meals so we did not use the kitchen much but it had what we needed. The patio off the sliding glass doors was beautiful!!! I highly recommend this stay!

Great location next to Fishery!

The place is super cute and great for a couple. We love the Fishery and kept going back there which is a two minute walk away. We had a rental car and had our own space behind the fence. Bikes are nice to have but we had an issue with one bike tire and it needed to be worked on. It was fixed next day but would have liked to cruise around more on bike. Glad we had rental car and we enjoyed going to La Jolla and Oceanside as well.We will come back!
