We loved the location so close the beach, food, and shops. The shared condo hot tub wasn't working while we were there and the bar across the street was pretty noisy but that didn't bother us. We liked having the balcony close to all of the action. You can literally walk to anything you want - smoothies, food, shopping, CVS, take-out. We loved watching the beach sunsets from the courtyard and it was really nice to have a covered private parking spot. This is a perfect stay if you enjoy a clean, well-appointed place close to a popular beach and amenities.

The location was right across from the Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach. (The only drawback to our location was the nightly noise from the bar across the street. It wouldn’t be troublesome for partygoers or those out and about most of the evening but it did prove to be more disturbing to those trying to sleep in the master bedroom.) The patio provided a nice spot in the morning to sit and have tea and watch the area walk up. It was a perfect base for us as we saw sights around San Diego and enjoyed the boardwalk and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the accommodations. They were clean and comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and we easily made arrangements to check out later. The gated parking was very helpful and provided a secure environment. Condo residents that we met were friendly and gave us tips on places to see. The jacuzzi was not working at the time of our visit. Roof repairs were also being done as well.

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience of local shops and the beach right outside. We wanted to ride bikes around the beach and found a rental right on the corner. Although it's not the owner's fault, but the bar across the street from our room was extremely loud, so we had a hard time sleeping over the weekend hours, as this was it's busiest time. Overall, we really had a great time.

I’m no rookie to Pacific Beach but this location was absolutely choice! You simply cannot get a better and more convenient VRBO in terms of location!Communication between the property manager Warren and myself was flawless and we will definitely be returning!

The host was so lovely and accommodating! He allowed us to check in an hour early and leave an hour later! The location was perfect for walking around and saving money on ubers, having to get places because it is so centrally located... but its location is what also made our stay so undesirable for the future. The bar across the street can be heard from opening to closing. Karaoke until 2:00 AM, The Bears Game right at 8:00 AM... even if you want to take a nap mid-day, you can't because the noise! I had to remove the whale from the wall above the bed my name because it was vibrating on the wall from the noise next door. If you are younger, this will work, but if you like sleep... I would not come back! The place itself was cute ad very convenient for exploring the area.

Location was awesome. Beautiful patio looking out at the ocean. Close to amenities. Nice promenade along the ocean. A bit noisy on the street side bedroom on the weekend. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at the condo with our family of five. It was clean and comfortable with enough space for everyone. The location perfect being right by the beach and Crystal Pier. The communication was great with the property manager right up until the day before check in and during our stay when they become a bit unresponsive. But we would recommend and stay again.

Easy check in, instructions were exact. The condo was great, clean, slept the 5 of us easily. It was a short walk to the beach so we were able to come back and forth throughout the day. It is located across the street from a restaurant that becomes a nightclub so there’s loud music and night life until about 2:30 am. It wasn’t loud with the windows closed inside so it was tolerable and honestly it was not surprising for being next to the pier. There were some beach towels, chairs, bodyboards and sand toys. Also the balcony was nice, especially in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I would stay there again for the close proximity to the beach and the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Great place, even better location!

The place is so convenient to anything you could want (food, grocery store, etc.). The location is absolutely unbeatable and the community itself is good! The area could be a little loud, we couldn't keep the patio door or windows open at night, but that was in the description so we knew to expect it.

Beautiful stay! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! So close / walking distance to all our favorite places! Loved the comfy beds, and an extra pull out couch for our daughter to stay a night too. The deck is glorious and excellent for people watching! Looking forward to our next stay!

Good Location but noisy.

The location was good, but on our side of the units that we stayed we were above all the bars, so it was very noisy at night especially on the weekend. View was not what we expected from our balcony as we overlooked the bars and could barely see the ocean. But otherwise everything was very nice.
