About this space
This quiet remodeled apartment has a private entrance and one full bath and is located in a small multi-unit property with 4 units in the building. This apartment is located up a small flight of stairs. Please note that parking is not included with the space but street parking is free and not permitted or restricted and readily available all around.

There's an enclosed courtyard behind the property that you're welcome to utilize to relax or BBQ.
The space
Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the neighborhood coffee shops and walk two blocks to the bay.
Guest access
We only rent entire apartments. The only "shared space" would be the courtyard behind our property, however the condo itself is 100% private and only for your use. The apartment is on the ground floor; it's located just up the short flight of stairs and to the right once you get on the deck ( you do not need to enter the blue door). There is a security screen door covering the entry door. If you wish to enjoy the patio/deck, please only use the space directly in front of the apartment (which is private for your enjoyment) but please do not use the space in front of the neighboring unit (Unit #A) as that is for those residents privacy.
Other things to note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

Couple reminders:

** This isn't a party house.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

- Check out is 11AM

- Check in is after 3PM

-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.

- This apartment has an in-house washer and dryer. Please feel free to do laundry as you please.

- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you washed any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.
